Meet Sarah

Psychotherapist, MBACP

Our First Session

Sessions appeal to those looking to create their own changes, whilst accessing a safe and kind therapeutic relationship for support and guidance along the way. Together we seek to find relief in renewed personal balance, and a sustainable, healthy way forward.

Potential clients will often choose to have the free introductory call so that we may meet and see if we're a good fit.

Choosing a therapist to work with is very personal, and this first ‘hello’ will be an introduction into what it would be like working together.

I love my work. I appreciate that it takes courage to reach out, so if you feel that I might be the right person I would be delighted to hear from you. Please do get in touch.

How I work

I seek to assist my clients to find improved personal balance and to strengthen their understanding of what makes them unique and of value.

We live in an increasingly changeable and diverse world and it’s so easy to feel overwhelmed and to lose the sense of who we are. Together we would look at historic and present blocks or negative beliefs that are holding us back, and create better frameworks which encourage and support us going forward.

We could also explore whether we are responding or reacting to external events and how these are helping or hindering us. What would we need to change so that we can take charge of our lives and begin to feel better ?

Most of us want to feel peaceful and balanced, but we can be overwhelmed at times with negative thoughts and fears which prevent us from accessing our joy and excitement. I hope that our sessions together will help you reclaim your rightful sense of wellbeing.
